Appointments are reserved through our scheduling system. A deposit may be required to hold your time and is applied to the cost of your piece. Please arrive on time; arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits for late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited.
Because every piece is custom fit and welded on-site, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Each purchase includes complimentary rewelds and resizing at our studio. Please keep your chain if it is cut or breaks so we can reattach it.
The welding process does not touch your skin. Please let us know before your appointment if you have a pacemaker, metal sensitivity, or any medical device or condition that may be affected.
Private party and event bookings may require a minimum spend, travel fee, and signed agreement. Details are confirmed in your event proposal.
